German Olympic Team comes to Newport

Dr. Philippe and I spent the past 2 weeks having the privileged of working with the German Olympic Kayaking Team. The 9 man team had been training in Newport at the Newport Aquatics Center due to the great conditions we have here in Southern California.

Dr.Philippe had paddled with the German coach, Detlef Hofman, during their competitive years and the team was happy to be worked on by a Doctor who knew their sport so well and was also a fellow kayaker.

They were also kind enough to let Dr. Philippe go paddling with the team everyday, not bad for someone old enough to be their father! Keeping in shape and having a well working spine have allowed Dr. Philipe to stay on the water and have fun with his kayaking friends. If it has worked for him all these years it will work for you as well!
